These two files should be saved in the C:\Program Files\COAA\ShipPlotter\Chart Files\ directory with the same name. For instance you could have channel.jpg and channel.clb

Put in the file name that you want (eg "oslofjord.clb") but use quotes (") around the filename otherwise Notepad will add .txt to the name you give it. Of course, you need to use the same file name prefix for both the JPG file and the CLB file.
